  We've had some issues with a leaky roof over the past year. After having two people unsuccessfully repair our roof last year, we spent the last month reaching out to... read more several roofing companies only for them to show up for a consultation and never follow up with an estimate.

Over the weekend, I reached out to a few contractors via Yelp, and Jose with Len Home Design contacted me right away. He scheduled an appointment to come take a look on Monday. After he did a thorough check on our roof and going into our attic, he said he could repair the issue the same day. He provided an estimate and left for about 45 minutes to go pick up materials to fix the problem.

He spent the next few hours making the repairs and sent us several photos so we could see what was causing the roof issues. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his work ethic and how knowledgeable he was.

We asked him to provide a quote for some other issues because we were so impressed with his service. Thanks Jose!

Even came out 1 day earlier than expected to install the gutter. This townhouse is three stories above ground, so not the easiest access to replace anything roof level. His crew did a great job, and if I had known about Len Home Design before we had our roof replaced, I would definitely have had them do the job.
